1. Services

Peak Finish Automotive provides professional mobile car detailing services at locations nominated by the customer within our service area across Sydney. Services include, but are not limited to, exterior wash, interior detail, paint protection, and full detail packages.

Service availability is subject to our business hours (Monday–Sunday, 7 am–5 pm) and geographic coverage. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion.

2. Bookings and Appointments

Making a Booking

Bookings can be made through our website. By completing a booking, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have authority to grant access to the vehicle and service location.

Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to contact you to confirm or clarify booking details before the appointment.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. Deposits paid may be non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Weather and Access

Some services require suitable weather conditions and adequate access to water and power. If conditions are unsuitable on the day of your appointment, we will contact you to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that booking.

Payment is processed securely via GoDaddy Payments. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the agreed amount for the services booked. We do not store your payment card details.

Travel surcharges may apply depending on your location. These will be disclosed during the booking process before payment is taken.

4. Vehicle Condition and Liability

Pre-existing Damage

We take care to note and photograph any pre-existing damage to your vehicle before commencing work. We are not liable for damage that existed prior to our service.

Our Liability

We take all reasonable care when servicing your vehicle. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location
• Remove valuable or fragile items from the vehicle prior to the appointment
• Disclose any known issues with the vehicle that may affect the service
• Ensure safe and legal access to water and power where required

5. Intellectual Property
